  • Unfortunately, I can’t just offer herbal advice like that. Look for trained medical herbalists in your area. You can find them on this website.

  • Identifying a plant from a photo is not always reliable and potentially dangerous. Safe foraging requires all of your human senses: feeling the texture, looking at the exact habitat, and smelling the plant. . I will never compromise your safety by guessing from a screen.

    If you are working with a plant identification app, please remember to always double-check. Make sure to not just look at the photo match, but carefully read all the detailed botanical information. For local accuracy, please consult a trusted foraging expert or mentor who lives near you.

  • A podcast is like a radio programme, but with the difference that you can listen to it whenever you choose to do so. You can listen via a podcast app on a tablet or smartphone, but you can also just listen to it on my website.
